Symmetry

We are learning what symmetry is I think symmetry is where if you fold the page it will be the same. Like if you were trying to make a square you would only draw half a square or if you were trying to do a circle but you would draw but a semi circle.

We are learning about symmetry. Symmetry is  a  patten like diamond or a square on both sides.

  1. There's lots of symmetry in nature. Symmetry in nature is fascinating because it is imperfect. For example - your face, if you look in the mirror, your face is roughly symmetrical two eyes, two halves of your nose and lips, two ears. But look closely, is there a freckle on one side and not the other? Or is one eye a different shape? You might also see symmetry in a fly or leaf. Happy symmetry hunting!
